We stand behind the records you receive. If something in your delivered file is clearly defective, we will review it and replace the affected records.
Review window
You have 7 days after delivery to report eligible issues. Requests received after that window are not eligible for review.
What qualifies for replacement
- Duplicate records within the same purchased file.
- Records missing required purchased fields (name, phone, or email).
- Records with clearly invalid formatting.
- Disconnected phone numbers or confirmed hard-bounce email addresses may qualify when we are able to verify and replace them.
How to request a replacement
Email support@leadgenvault.com with your order number and the specific affected rows or record identifiers. Eligible records are replaced, not automatically refunded.
What is not covered
- Answer rates, appointment rates, sales, policy approvals, or revenue.
- Records that answered but did not buy.
- Contacts that opted out during your outreach.
Refunds
We do not provide cash refunds after valid records have been delivered, except where required by law or where LeadGenVault is unable to fulfill your order.
