Prohibited use
- Any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent outreach.
- Harassing, threatening, or discriminatory communications.
- Ignoring do-not-call, suppression-list, or opt-out requirements.
- Impersonation of a carrier, government agency, or third party.
- Any outreach that violates carrier or platform policies.
Your obligation
You alone are responsible for legal compliance with your outreach, including applicable telemarketing, consent, suppression-list, carrier, and licensing requirements.
